AllEarth Renewables, Inc. seeks an enthusiastic self-starter to assist our Marketing & Sales team with grassroots promotional efforts, including representing the company at various tabling events throughout the state.

You will also have the opportunity to get exposure to the wider marketing & 销售 discipline and develop skills in customer service and community engagement.

• 事件管理
  • In charge of representing AllEarth Renewables at various tabling events throughout Vermont (e.g. 县博览会), including coordinating various logistical details of events, such as managing equipment, coordinating transportation and inventory of event resources, and ensuring that event spaces are properly prepared.
  • Responsible for the set up and pack down and liaising with the event organizer during the event
  • Oversee the company event space/table and provide a professional presence at all specified events
  • Assist AllEarth Renewables staff or any other vendors who may be on site
• Customer Engagement
  • Be friendly, polite and resourceful
  • Ability to speak clearly, knowledgeably and professionally about our products & 产品
  • Ability to support and encourage 销售 inquiries by performing on the spot site assessments and capturing customer details for follow-up by the Sales team
  • Be presentable and display AllEarth Renewables core values

  • Keep supervisor advised of work status 
  • Maintain event schedules and track attendance
  • Capture high-quality photographs during the event for general tracking and social media purposes
  • 行为 & report post-event evaluations for each event to provide general comments, 反馈, and recommendations for future improvements

资格

• Preferred concentration on marketing, 销售, 事件管理, business management, 新闻, 或酒店. Experience coordinating events is a plus.
• An enthusiasm for renewable energy and an interest in sustainability.
• Basic language, spelling, communication, math, and computer skills.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Able to follow policies and procedures.
• Able to work flexible hours, including overtime, as needed.
• Able to travel locally as needed. (Company vehicles available)
